Mr. Satish Dharap is the founder and working partner of the organization who actively leads the TRANSMATIX team and has been the guiding force behind TRANSMATIX. He is an M.Tech (Prod.Engg) from the prestigious I.I.T.BOMBAY.

Mr. Mihir Dharap is the second working partner. He has completed his B.E.(Hons.) in Manufacturing Engineering from BITS Pilani and M.Tech (Design) in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay.
